Every print in the Chrysalis Design Studio shop is made to order, just for you. Nothing sits in a warehouse. When you place your order, it's sent directly to Gelato, a professional print fulfillment partner with production facilities around the world. Your piece is printed, inspected, and shipped directly to your door.
This means every order is fresh, intentional, and made with care from the moment you click purchase.
Because every piece is made to order, there's a short production window before your print ships, typically a few business days. Once it does, delivery times to US addresses are generally as follows:
Framed prints & poster printsEconomy 4–6 days · Express 3–4 days
Canvas printsEconomy 5–6 days · Express 5 days
These timelines are from the time of shipment, not order placement. Please allow extra grace around holidays or high-demand periods. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Available sizes are listed on each product page. If you're unsure what will work in your space, here's a simple trick: cut paper or use tape to mark the dimensions on your wall before ordering. It sounds low-tech, but it's surprisingly effective, and much easier than ordering the wrong size.
As a general guide, larger prints (18×24" and above) work beautifully as standalone statement pieces, while smaller sizes are wonderful grouped together in a gallery wall arrangement.
They'll be as close as possible, however, screens and printers work differently, and some variation is natural. Monitors display color using light; printing is a physical process involving ink and paper. We use professional-grade equipment and archival pigment inks to stay as true to the original as possible.
If color accuracy is especially important to you, we recommend viewing the listing in good lighting, and reaching out before ordering if you have any questions.
Quite possibly. Just reach out before placing an order! Custom sizing and special requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Because they require additional coordination outside our standard fulfillment process, pricing will be higher than listed rates. We'll always give you a clear quote before anything moves forward.

Because every piece is made to order just for you, we aren't able to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. So please take your time choosing!
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your item with your order number and a few photos, and we'll arrange a replacement. If a replacement isn't feasible, we'll issue a refund.
Lost package? Contact us within 30 days of your estimated delivery date and we'll sort it out.
Please note that minor color variation between screen and print is normal and not considered a defect.
